Czechia’s data center market is concentrated in Prague and consists largely of small and medium colocation, telecom and enterprise facilities, many of them operated by domestic companies. Its central location and good connectivity to Germany and Austria make it one of the more developed markets in Central-Eastern Europe, although it remains far smaller than the Western European hubs. No dedicated national data center incentive scheme has been identified in this tracker’s policy review.
