Latvia’s data centers are concentrated in Riga and run mainly by domestic colocation and telecom operators. Delska, formerly DEAC, opened a 10 MW data center in Riga in April 2026, and Tet opened the first phase of its DC7 in Salaspils in September 2026. Much of the remaining capacity sits in smaller sites, including the state broadcaster LVRTC’s rooms in the Riga TV tower.

Northern Energy has proposed large data center developments in Liepāja and Jēkabpils; both are at an early stage.
