Estonia is a small data center market centered on Tallinn, served by one large colocation campus and a handful of smaller telecom and hosting facilities. The largest, Greenergy Data Centers at Hüüru on the edge of Tallinn, opened in 2022 and is adding a hall with 22 MW of IT power and raising its grid connection to 31.5 MW.

Two much larger projects are at an early planning stage in western Estonia: the Risti campus of Sunly and Magnora, planned at 180 MW in its first phase, and a data center of up to 100 MW near Lihula, whose detailed plan was initiated in July 2026.
