Bulgaria is a small data center market concentrated in Sofia, with a limited number of colocation facilities serving domestic enterprises and regional connectivity. Like other Southeast European markets, it is occasionally discussed as a lower-cost location for future capacity, but large-scale projects have yet to materialize. No dedicated national data center incentive scheme has been identified in this tracker’s policy review. Coverage of the market in this tracker is still limited.
